Here we go again #Nanaicecream on the way. I couldn't finish July without sharing another great recipe of ice cream. That healthy, nourishing, delicious and vegan ice cream.
INGREDIENTS
2 frozen bananas cut in chunks
1 TBSP cacao
1 tsp carob
1 handful raw hazelnuts
1 quarter cup vegetal milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all together until it's smooth.
Pour in a bowl and garnish on your taste.
We are in July and here we go with another #Nanaicecream recipe. So you know, we'll keep this way all summer :) Is too good, healthy and so versatile to not to. I mean, you can have every single day a different, unique taste: fresh and nourishing. The base is simple; I think you already know it - frozen bananaaaa is the answer.
And because the content is high in protein we can call it "pump icecream" :) with superfoods ingredients.

1 tsp spirulina powder
1 quarter cup rice milk
Cacao nibs for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all together until it's smooth.

VERSIUNE IN LIMBA ROMANA
Suntem in luna Iulie si continuam cu reteta de inghetata #Nanaicecream. Ca sa stiti, vom merge astfel toata vara :) E prea buna, sanatoasa si versatila ca sa nu o facem. Adica puteti avea in fiecare zi un gust diferit, unic: proaspat si nutritiv. Baza e simpla; cred ca o stiti deja - bananaaa congelata e raspunsul.
Si deoarece continutul sau este bogat in proteina, putem denumi aceasta inghetata "pump icecream". In limba noastra suna mai putin placut, asa ca prefer denumirea in engleza :)
INGREDIENTE
2 banane congelate taiate bucati
1 masura proteina (Eu am folosit proteina din soia)
1 lingurita pudra spirulina
Un sfert de cana lapte de orez
Boabe de cacao faramitate pentru ornat
INSTRUCTIUNI
Mixati totul in robotul de bucatarie pana e cremos si neted.
Turnati in bol si ornati dupa gust.

VERSIUNE IN LIMBA ROMANA
M-am indragostit profund de #nanaicecream (supranumele inghetatei de banane). Gustul sau natural, cremozitatea sa, prospetimea sa... E cea mai buna inghetata. Fara zahar, produse lactate sau arome adaugate. Si e atat de usor de facut, floare la ureche. Incearca, nu vei regreta.
INGREDIENTE
- 3 banane congelate taiate bucati
- 1 lingura cacao alcalina
- un sfert de cana lapte de orez
Pentru ornat: afine de cultura si aronia deshidratata
INSTRUCTIUNI
Adauga toate ingredientele in robotul de bucatarie/blender si mixeaza pana devine o pasta cremoasa.
Toarna intr-un bol si orneaza dupa preferinte.

- 1/2 cup rice milk

- 1 TBSP coconut flakes
- 1 TBSP bee pollen

Minunata Iunie... E atat de generoasa... caldura, culoare, o multime de fructe. In onoarea acestei luni minunate, am facut o super delicioasa, rapida, sanatoasa, proaspata, cremoasa inghetata. Un vartej perfect. Incepe-ti astfel ziua si te vei simti precum Speedy Gonzalez :)

- 1 lingurita unt de arahide
- 1/2 cana lapte de orez
Pentru ornat:
- 1 lingura fulgi de cocos
- 1 lingura polen crud
INSTRUCTIUNI:
Adauga toate ingredientele in robotul de bucatarie si mixeaza pana e cremos.
