Two layer superfood smoothie. Smoothie din superalimente in doua straturi
For his creaminess, for his delicious taste and for his extraordinary-explosive nutritional values, I classify this smoothie recipe to first place :)
INGREDIENTS
For first layer:
- 2 bananas
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 TBSP spirulina powder
- 1 TBSP wheatgrass powder
- 1 TBSP hemp flour
- 1 tsp MSM powder
- 1 tsp Baobab powder
-1/2 cup water
* optional, on your taste, you may add 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
For second layer:
- 3 TBSP raw buckwheat (soaked overnight)
- 1 handful strawberries
- 1/2 cup rice milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all the ingredients for the first layer in your food processor and mix until it's creamy smooth.
Pour in a glass.
Add the ingredients for the second layer, separately, in your food processor and mix.
Pour on top of the green layer.
Add a straw and enjoy :)

Pentru cremozitatea sa, pentru gustul delicios si pentru valorile sale nutritionale extraordinare-explozive, clasific aceasta reteta de smoothie pe primul loc :)
INGREDIENTE
Pentru primul strat:
- 2 banane
- 1 mana de spanac
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 lingura pudra spirulina
- 1 lingura pudra iarba de grau
- 1 lingura faina de canepa
- 1 lingurita pudra MSM
- 1 lingurita pudra de Baobab
- 1/2 cana apa
* optional, dupa gust, poti adauga 1 lingurita de miere sau sirop de artar
Pentru al doilea strat:
- 3 linguri hrisca cruda (inmuiata in prealabil peste noapte)
- 1 mana de capsuni
- 1/2 cana lapte de orez
INSTRUCTIUNI
Adauga toate ingredientele pentru primul strat in robotul de bucatarie si mixeaza pana devine o crema.
Toarna intr-un pahar.
Adauga ingredientele pentru cel de-al doilea strat, separat, in robotul de bucatarie si mixeaza.
Toarna peste stratul verde.
Adauga un pai si bucura-te :)
