The easiest, most delicious and most healthy chocolate - a little changed - "Guest post"

The reason of today's post is quite big and it is divided into two. First, because having sweet, genuine people in my life is so marvelous... . Seeing them change (in terms of nutrition) makes me feel more than happy and grateful. All of this is a wonderful bliss - in honor of this change, I post my friend's recipe and photos (I got the copyright) :)
And secondly, the vast number of views on this delicious chocolate recipe, makes the perfect fit for an celebration.



INGREDIENTS:

- 1 cup cacao
- 1/3 melted coconut oil
- 1 TBSP honey

- peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all the ingredients, except the peanut butter, in a bowl and whisk.
Pour the mixture in your desired forms up to half.
Add 1 teaspoon peanut butter in every form.
Pour above the remaining mixture.
Put the forms in the fridge for at least 1 hour.


VERSIUNE IN LIMBA ROMANA

Motivul articolului de astazi e destul de mare si e impartit in doua. In primul rand, pentru ca avand oameni dulci si autentici in viata mea este atat de minunat... . Vazandu-le schimbarea (in ceea ce priveste alimentatia) ma face sa ma simt mai mult decat fericita si recunoscatoare. Toate acestea sunt o reala beatitudine - in onoarea acestei schimbari postez reteta si pozele prietenei mele (am primit drepturile de autor) :)
In al doilea rand, numarul mare de vizualizari ale acestei delicioase ciocolati, reuseste o potrivire perfecta pentru o celebrare.


INGREDIENTE:

- 1 cana cacao
- 1/3 cana ulei de cocos topit
- 1 lingura miere

- unt de arahide

INSTRUCTIUNI:

Adauga toate ingredientele, cu exceptia untului de arahide, intr-un bol. Si cu un tel amesteca bine.
Toarna compozitia in formele dorite pana la jumatate.
Adauga 1 lingurita de unt de arahide in fiecare forma.
Toarna deasupra compozitia ramasa.
Pune formele in frigider pentru cel putin o ora.





Raw vegan superfood icecream. Inghetata superaliment raw vegana

As I said in the last post, it's time for raw vegan ice cream recipes to flow. So here you have it, a creamy superfood ice cream. One that I had a tremendous curiosity to try :)


INGREDIENTS:

- 200 ml ful fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup honey (maple syrup)
- 1 handful cashews
- 2 TBSP coconut flour
- 1 tsp spirulina powder

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all the ingredients in your food processor and mix until it's creamy.

* The quantity can vary, depending on your taste and depending on the desired colour of your icecream.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl. 
Cover it and place it in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours. 
Before serving let the mixture thaw for 20 minutes.



VERSIUNE IN LIMBA ROMANA

Precum spuneam in articolul anterior, este vremea retetelor raw vegane sa curga. Iata, asadar, o inghetata superaliment foarte cremoasa. Una care am avut o curiozitate imensa de-a o incerca :)

INGREDIENTE:

- 200 ml lapte de cocos integral
- 1/4 cana miere (sirop de artar)
- 1 mana de caju
- 2 linguri faina de cocos
- 1 lingurita pudra de spirulina

INSTRUCTIUNI:

Adauga toate ingredientele in blender si mixeaza pana devine o pasta cremoasa.

* Cantitatea poate difera, in functie de gust si de culoarea dorita.

Transfera compozitia intr-un bol/cutie.
Acopera-l si pune-l la congelator pentru aproximativ 3-4 ore.
Inainte de servire lasa compozitia la dezghetat pentru 20 de minute.

Here we have another "guest post", well is written by me, but the recipe and the picture is made by a special lady in my life. She is like a spiritual mentor for me. Mrs. Doina, this post is a thank you for everything. You are a truly blessing.

And because summer is right around the corner, let's get started with the awesome raw vegan ice cream recipes :)


INGREDIENTS:

- 300 g frozen berries
- 2 bananas
- 1 TBSP honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend all the ingredients together.
Enjoy right away or keep in the freezer.


VERSIUNE IN LIMBA ROMANA

Iata ca avem un "post de oaspete". Ei bine, este scris de mine, dar reteta si poza sunt realizate de catre o doamna speciala in viata mea. Ea este precum un mentor spiritual pentru mine. Doamna Doina, acest post este un "multumesc" pentru tot. Sunteti o adevarata binecuvantare.

Si pentru ca vara este chiar dupa colt, hai sa-i dam startul retetelor minunate, crude-vegane, de inghetata.

300g fructe de padure congelate 
Se dau prin robotul de bucatarie cu 2 banane, pana devin pasta cremoasa. 
Se amesteca cu o lingura de miere si... bon apetit!!! :)
Se poate consuma pe loc sau, ce ramane, se pastreaza la congelator.
E minunata. Cremoasa, usoara si foarte gustoasa. Sanatoasa, nu mai este nevoie sa mai spun... *:) happy




Quick and healthy lunch. Pranz rapid si sanatos

Somebody is in a rush today? No worries. You can still eat something healthy, no need of fast food. Actually this is the ultimate "fast food". Cause raw meals are fast and, most importantly, gives you a lot of energy. You have my word, you won't feel tiredness after. 



INGREDIENTS:

- 1 cup raw peas
- 1 TBSP coconut flour
- 50 g coconut cream bio

INSTRUCTIONS:

Wash well and strain the peas.
Melt the coconut cream.
Add all the ingredients in your food processor and mix until it's creamy.

Enjoy :)

 VERSIUNE IN LIMBA ROMANA


E cineva in graba astazi? Nicio problema. Poti manca in continuare ceva sanatos, nu este nevoie de fast-food. De fapt, acesta este ultimul "fast-food". Pentru ca mesele crude sunt rapide si, mai important, datatoare de o multime de energie. Ai cuvantul meu, nu vei simti oboseala dupa o asemenea masa.

INGREDIENTE:

- 1 cana mazare cruda
- 1 lingura faina de cocos
- 50 g crema de cocos bio

INSTRUCTIUNI:
Spala bine si strecoara mazarea.
Topeste crema de cocos.
Adauga toate ingredientele in robotul de bucatarie si mixeaza pana devine o crema.



Raw desserts - friendship, little kids, gratefulness. Deserturi crude - prietenie, copilasi, recunostinta

In honor of my special friend I publish this great recipe. She learned to make raw desserts and began to have a healthy lifestyle so fast... I'm so proud of her. She used to hate gym and sport for that matter. She used to consume unhealthy desserts, the ordinary ones, with sugar, flour... But now? Of three months, she lost weight, she goes to the gym gladly, she makes raw desserts and start the day with superfood smoothies.
She added: "I feel much better now, full of energy."
My answer: "I'm extremely happy to see your progress. Congrats!"


Here it goes her recipe

INGREDIENTS:

- 4 carrots grated
- 200 g dates
- 100 g walnuts
- 2 TBSP coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- coconut cream for topping

INSTRUCTIONS.

Add all the ingredients in your food processor and mix until becomes a sticky dough. 
Press the mixture into desired forms.
Put in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
Then place them in a plate and pour the coconut cream above.


VERSIUNE IN LIMBA ROMANA

In onoarea prietenei mele speciale public aceasta reteta. Ea a invatat sa realizeze deserturi crude si a inceput sa aiba un stil de viata sanatos atat de repede... Sunt foarte mandra de ea. Obisnuia sa urasca sala, de fapt, sportul in sine. Avea obiceiul sa consume deserturi nesanatoase, cele obisnuite, cu zahar, faina... Dar acum? De trei luni, a pierdut in greutate, merge la sala cu drag, realizeaza deserturi crude, isi incepe ziua cu smoothie-uri din superalimente. 
A adaugat: "ma simt mult mai bine acum, plina de energie."
Raspunsul meu: "sunt extrem de fericita sa vad progresul tau. Felicitari!"


Iata reteta sa:

INGREDIENTE

- 4 morcovi dati pe razatoare
- 200 g curmale
- 100 g nuci
- 2 linguri ulei de cocos
- 1 lingurita scortisoara
- crema de cocos pentru ornat

INSTRUCTIUNI

Adauga toate ingredientele in robotul de bucatarie si mixeaza pana devine un "aluat" lipicios.
Preseaza compozitia in formele dorite.
Pune formele in congelator cel putin o ora.
Apoi aseaza-le pe o farfurie si toarna deasupra crema de cocos.

Start your day right. That's my message. And here's your saturday treat to begin with. A delish breakfast packed with superfoods and fruits. Many of you maybe know the theory, at least you are familiar with it - don't eat fast food, fried food, pastries, bad fats, and so on - but if you not implement the theory in reality, your knowledge is useless. One of my favorite quotes says: "If you do what you always did, you'll get what you always got."


INGREDIENTS:

- 1/2 cup rice milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp Noni berry powder
- 1 TBSP hemp flour
- 1 TBSP wheatgrass powder
- 1 TBSP cacao
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 tsp black cumin Nigella sativa
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- 2 TBSP oats

- 1 plum
- 1 handful grapes
- 1 handuful strawberry

INSTRUCTIONS:
Add 1 banana and some strawberry, along all the ingredients in your blender (except the plum and grapes), mix for a few seconds; pour into a bowl and let your imagination work. Garnish on your taste and ENJOY :)

- ingredients that fight cancer and other diseases (turmeric, black cumin, Noni berry...);

VERSIUNE IN LIMBA ROMANA

Incepe ziua cu dreptul. Acesta e mesajul meu. Si acesta e tratamentul de sambata pentru a te apuca. Un delicios mic dejun impachetat cu superalimente si fructe. Multi dintre voi probabil cunoasteti teoria, cel putin sunteti familiari cu ea - nu manca fast food, mancare prajita, produse de patiserie, grasimi rele, si asa mai departe - dar daca nu pui in aplicare teoria, cunoasterea ta e inutila. Unul dintre citatele mele favorite spune: "Daca faci ce-ai facut dintotdeauna, vei obtine ce-ai obtinut mereu."

INGREDIENTE:
- 1/2 cana lapte de orez
- 1 banana
- 1 lingurita pudra Noni
- 1 lingura faina de canepa
- 1 lingura pudra iarba de grau
- 1 lingura cacao
- 1 lingurita turmeric (curcuma)
- 1 lingura seminte de chia
- 1 lingurita chimen negru Nigella sativa
- 1 lingurita seminte de susan negru
- 1 lingurita seminte de in
- 2 linguri fulgi de ovaz

- 1 pruna
- o mana de struguri
- o mana de capsuni

INSTRUCTIUNI:

Adauga banana si cateva capsuni, impreuna cu restul ingredientelor, in blender (cu exceptia prunei si a strugurilor), mixeaza pentru cateva secunde; toarna intr-un bol si lasa-ti imaginatia sa lucreze. Decoreaza dupa propriul gust si bucura-te :)

Lista de proprietati si beneficii e nemarginita...

- o multime de antioxidanti, minerale, vitamine;
- ingrediente ce combat cancerul si alte boli (turmeric, chimen negru, Noni... );
- amplificator al sistemului imunitar, analgezic, antidepresiv, previne absorbtia LDL-ului, lupta impotriva infectiilor, mentine creierul sanatos, bogat in fibre, deci, previne constipatia, scade tensiunea arteriala, anti-tumoral, anti-cancer (este vorba despre pudra din fructul Noni).



Raw Vegan Chocolate Almond Egg. Ou de ciocolata si migdale, crud si vegan


I'm always on last minute doing things. Not a good example. But hopefully it's not too late for you to try this recipe. It's really easy to make and of course, healthy. If you are celebrating Christian orthodox Easter tomorrow, like I do, then this Chocolate Almond Egg is just perfect for you and your family, especially for kids. They shouldn't eat the common chocolate from supermarkets and you should know why. We are not born with the desire for chocolate. So neither the child won't claim it, never, only if he is used to it. At least until the child grows older and he can make his own choices, you do not need to create a habit, a bad habit, of eating chocolate and other sweets full of chemicals. Do something natural for your child, for you and your family.


INGREDIENTS for the egg:

- 50 g almond flour
- 20 g cacao powder
- 30 g maple syrup (or you can use honey)

INGREDIENTS for the chocolate:

- 2 TBSP cacao powder
- 1 TBSP melted coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl add the almond flour, cacao powder and maple syrup and mix well, until it becomes a sticky dough. And with your hands create the form of an egg and place it to the fridge.

TO MAKE THE CHOCOLATE:
In a bowl add the cacao powder.
Melt the coconut oil (usually is solid) a few seconds. 
Pour the coconut oil over the cacao and stir until it's creamy.

Take the egg from the fridge and pour the chocolate on top to cover it fully or partially.


Sunt intotdeauna pe ultima suta de metri. Nicidecum un bun exemplu. Dar sper ca nu e prea tarziu pentru tine sa incerci aceasta reteta. Este foarte usoara de facut si desigur, sanatoasa. Daca maine sarbatoresti Pastele ortodox, ca mine, atunci acest ou de ciocolata si migdale este perfect pentru tine si familia ta, mai ales pentru copii. Ei nu ar trebui sa manance ciocolata obisnuita din supermarket si tu ar trebui sa stii de ce. Noi nu ne-am nascut cu dorinta pentru ciocolata. Deci nici copilul nu va pretinde, niciodata, doar daca e obisnuit cu gustul. Cel putin pana creste si poate face propriile alegeri, nu-i crea un obicei, un obicei prost, de a manca ciocolata si alte dulciuri pline de chimicale. Fa ceva natural pentru copilul tau, pentru tine si familia ta.

INGREDIENTE pentru ou:
- 50 g faina de migdale
- 20 g pudra de cacao
- 30 g sirop de artar (sau poti folosi miere)

INGREDIENTE pentru ciocolata:
- 2 linguri pudra de cacao
- 1 lingurita ulei de cocos topit

INSTRUCTIUNI:

Intr-un bol adauga faina de migdale, pudra de cacao, siropul de artar si amesteca bine, pana devine un aluat lipicios. Si cu mainile creeaza forma unui ou (te joci precum o faci cu o plastilina) si il asezi in frigider.

PENTRU A FACE CIOCOLATA:
Intr-un bol adauga pudra de cacao.
Topeste uleiul de cocos (de obicei e solid) pentru cateva secunde.
Toarna uleiul topit peste cacao si amesteca pana devine cremos.

Scoate oul din frigider si toarna ciocolata deasupra, acoperindu-l in intregime sau partial.

Quick vegan smoothie. Smoothie vegan si rapid

I'm in a hurry but I had to share this awesome, nourishing, creamy-delicious vegan smoothie. You need just a small quantity of: avocado, banana, zucchini (1/2), maple syrup, hemp seeds (1 tsp), vegetal milk (1/2 cup); I used bio soy milk. Add everything in a food proccessor and mix. And you are done and done :) Enjoy!


Sunt in graba, dar am vrut sa impartasesc acest minunat, nutritiv, cremos-delicios smoothie vegan. Ai nevoie doar de o mica cantitate de: avocado, dovlecel, banana (1/2), sirop de artar, seminte de canepa (1 lingurita), lapte vegetal (1/2 cana); eu am folosit lapte de soia bio. Adauga totul in robotul de bucatarie si mixeaza. Si esti gata :) 


Tasteful antioxidant and anti cancer salad. O salata delicioasa cu proprietati antioxidante si anticancer


What we have here? Another rich salad or should I call it a pasty salad. It looks like the pate. It's even richier than the other one. You'll see. And the taste... even greater. So without further or do, let's scan this treasure :)

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 small raw sweet potato
- 1 small raw carrot
- 1 small raw beet
- 2 TBSP water
- 1 TBSP grape skin powder
- 1 TBSP raisins
- 1 TBSP coconut yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS:
Peel and cut the potato, carrot and beet. Put them in a food processor, add the water and the coconut yogurt and mix until it's well combined.
Place the mixture into a bowl, add the raisins and the grape skin powder and mix again. Enjoy :)

Benefits you earn from this salad:

- Resveratrol

VERSIUNEA IN LIMBA ROMANA

Ce avem noi aici? O alta salata bogata, de fapt, ar trebui sa o numesc "salata pastoasa". Arata ca un pateu. Este chiar mai bogata decat precedenta. Vei vedea. Iar gustul... chiar mai puternic. Deci, fara prea multe detalii, hai sa exploram comoara :)

INGREDIENTE:
- 1/2 cartof dulce mic crud
- 1 morcov mic crud
- 1 sfecla mica cruda
- 2 linguri apa
- 1 lingura pulbere din coaja de struguri
- 1 lingura stafide
- 1 lingura iaurt de cocos

INSTRUCTIUNI:
Inlaturati coaja; taiati cartoful dulce, morcovul si sfecla in bucati. Adaugati-le in robotul de bucatarie impreuna cu cele doua linguri de apa si 1 lingura de iaurt de cocos. Si mixati pana totul se combina.
Asezati compozitia intr-un bol. Adaugati stafidele si lingura de pulbere din coaja de struguri si amestecati.

Beneficiile castigate in urma acestei salate:

- Vitamina A
- Caroteni
- Resveratrol
- Fibre
- Potasiu
- Vitamina B9
- Fier
- Vitamina C
- Probiotice

Rezultatul? Proprietati antioxidante si anticanceroase.




Richie rich salad. Cea mai bogata salata

Whenever I find/discover/taste something really good and, of course, nourishing, I rush here, in my sharable place :) So there you have it: a fresh, energetic, wholesome salad. Oh, and because my movement was rapid, I didn't had the chance to take a better (professional) photo, sorry about that.

What your body will acquire?

* probiotics (from the coconut yogurt)
* vitamin A (from the carrots)
* calcium (from sesame seeds and raisins)
* healthy fats (from coconut yogurt and sesame seeds)
* iron (from raisins)


INGREDIENTS:
- 3 small raw carrots
- 1/4 raw celery
- 1 TBSP crumbly sesame seeds
- 1 TBSP coconut yogurt (homemade)
- 1 TBSP raisins

INSTRUCTIONS:
Peel the carrots. Cut in Julienne strips.
Peel the celery. Cut in Julienne strips.
Grind the sesame seeds until they form a crumbly paste.
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.


VERSIUNE IN LIMBA ROMANA

Ori de cate ori gasesc/descopar/gust ceva cu adevarat bun si, desigur, hranitor, ma grabesc aici, in locul meu de impartit :) Iata, deci, o salata proaspata, energizanta si sanatoasa. Ah, si pentru ca miscarea mea a fost rapida, nu am avut ocazia sa realizez o poza mai buna; imi pare rau pentru asta.

Ce va dobandi corpul tau in urma acestei salate?

* probiotice (din iaurtul de cocos)
* vitamina A (din morcovi)
* calciu (din seminte de susan si stafide)
* grasimi sanatoase (din iaurtul de cocos si din seminte de susan)
* fier (din stafide)

INGREDIENTE:
- 3 morcovi mici cruzi
- 1/4 telina cruda
- 1 lingura seminte de susan rasnite
- 1 lingura iaurt de cocos (facut in casa)
- 1 lingura stafide

INSTRUCTIUNI:
Curatati morcovii. Taiati felii Julienne.
Curatati telina. Taiati felii Julienne.
Rasniti semintele de susan.
Asezati toate ingredientele intr-un bol si amestecati.


Pofta buna la sanatate.



Valentine's Day


I posted this heart shaped dessert on an average day.
Why? - Due to marketing. To much marketing on 14 Feb.
What you mean? - You do not notice, all the roses, chocolates and restaurant reservations?
It's natural. - It is? Think twice. Natural is to have this all along. Not just now.

Natural is to love everyday:
- yourself;
- your partner;
- your family;
- your friends;
- your pets.
Natural is to love life. Because life means love.

Buy roses; buy chocolates; go to restaurant, as often as you can. Make it special each and every day.

To honor everyday love I've made this delicious, easy, wholesome, heartshaped dessert.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 TBSP honey
- 1 TBSP melted coconut oil
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all the ingredients, except frozen berries, in a bowl.
Press the mixture in a heart shaped.
Add the frozen berries and water in your food processor and pulse.
Pour the red watery over the mixture.
Place in the freezer for 1 hour.

* Consume at room temperature.


Am postat acest desert in forma de inima intr-o zi obisnuita.
De ce? - Din cauza marketing-ului. Prea mult marketing in data de 14 Feb.
Ce vrei sa spui? - Nu ai observat, toti trandafirii, toate ciocolatile, toate rezervarile la restaurante?
E firesc. - Este? Gandeste-te mai bine. Firesc este sa ai toate acestea mereu. Nu doar acum.

Firesc e sa iubesti in fiecare zi:
- propria persoana;
- partenerul/partenera;
- familia;
- prietenii;
- animalele de companie;
Firesc este sa iubesti viata. Pentru ca viata inseamna iubire.

Cumpara trandafiri; cumpara ciocolati; mergi la restaurant, cat de des poti. Fa din fiecare moment o ocazie speciala.

In cinstea iubirii zilnice am realizat acest delicios, simplu si nutritiv desert in forma de inima.

INGREDIENTE:
- 1 cana cocos tocat (miezul de la nuca de cocos)
- 1 lingura miere
- 1 lingura ulei de cocos topit
- 1 cana fructe de padure congelate
- 1/2 cana apa

INSTRUCTIUNI:
Amestecati intr-un castron nuca de cocos (maruntita in prealabil in tocator), mierea si uleiul de cocos (incalzit anterior >> lichefiat).
Presati amestecul in forma de inima.
Adaugati fructele de padure congelate si apa in robotul de bucatarie si mixati.
Turnati lichidul rosu deasupra amestecului de cocos.
Asezati in frigider timp de 1 ora.

* Se consuma la temperatura camerei.




Coconut love aka "Bounty". Iubire de cocos, cunoscut sub numele "Bounty"


Well, as a former enthusiastic lover of coconut - one of the greatest gifts on earth - I had to make the also known chocolate bar "Bounty". But of course in my own particular way. That it means: no sugar, no additives, nor artificial flavours. Nothing processed. Oh, and I changed the common form :)

Anything else? Should I say something about the amazing, mouth watering taste? I think words are not enough to describe such a simple, healthy and wholesome dessert. Or should I say how fast is prepared? I suppose you already know I don't like complicated things. So, enough talking around.

Serves: 4 cups
Prep time: 2-5 mins

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 TBSP honey
- 1 TBSP melted coconut oil
- 1 TBSP raw cacao
- 1 TBSP carob





INSTRUCTIONS:

Put together in a bowl the shredded coconut and honey and mix. 
Press the mixture into pancake forms or your desired forms.
Warm coconut oil just until it is liquefied.
Pour it in another bowl where you add the raw cacao and carob and mix. 
Finally, spread the chocolate over coconut.
Place the coconut chocolate cups in the fridge for 1 hour.


Ei bine, ca o impatimita entusiasta a nucii de cocos - una dintre cele mai mari daruri pe pamant - a trebuit sa realizez bine-cunoscuta bara de ciocolata "Bounty". Dar, desigur, in felul meu special. Asta insemnand: fara adaos de zahar, fara aditivi, nici arome artificiale. Nimic procesat. Ah, si am schimbat putin forma sa comuna :)

Altceva? Ar trebui sa spun ceva despre gustul uimitor ce-ti lasa gura apa? Cred ca cuvintele nu sunt de ajuns pentru a descrie un astfel de desert simplu si sanatos. Sau ar trebui sa spun cat de usor se prepara? Presupun ca stiti deja ca nu-mi plac lucrurile complicate. Deci, destul cu vorbaria.

Servire: 4 cupe
Timp preparare: 2-5 minute

INGREDIENTE:
- 1 cana cocos tocat (miezul din nuca de cocos)
- 1 lingura miere
- 1 lingura ulei de cocos topit
- 1 lingura cacao cruda
- 1 lingura carob/pudra de roscove

INSTRUCTIUNI:
Puneti impreuna intr-un castron nuca de cocos (maruntita in prealabil in tocator) si miere si amestecati.
Presati amestecul in forme pancake sau in formele dorite.
Incalziti uleiul de cocos doar pana cand este lichefiat.
Se toarna intr-un alt castron unde se adauga cacaoa cruda si pudra de roscove si se amesteca.
In cele din urmă, turnati ciocolata peste nuca de cocos.
Asezati cupele de ciocolata si nuca de cocos in frigider timp de 1 ora.

I have promised a few days ago on my facebook page a recipe. The most easy, delicious, healthy chocolate recipe :) So because I stirred up a little the curiosity and of course the senses, I had to put all the ingredients back together, take pictures and share with you guys. Hope you'll give it a try. Trust me, it's so worth it.


Serves: 4 cups
Prep time: 2-5 mins

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 cup raw cacao (or 1/2 cup cacao and 1/2 carob)
- 1/2 cup or 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 TBSP honey (or maple syrup)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Usually the coconut oil is solid. So it has to be cooked a few seconds until it melts.
Then you add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix gently until well combined.
Pour the liquid chocolate in your desired shapes. I used muffin cups (first time) *
Place the chocolate cups on a plate and lay them in the fridge for 1 hour.

Cea mai usoara, sanatoasa si delicioasa reteta de ciocolata :) Deci, pentru ca am starnit putin curiozitatea si, desigur, simturile, a trebuit sa pun toate ingredientele la un loc, sa fac poze si sa impartasesc cu voi. Sper ca-i veti oferi o sansa. Credeti-ma, merita!

Servire: 4 cupe

INGREDIENTE:

- 1 cana cacao cruda (sau 1/2 cana cacao si 1/2 carob - pudra de roscove)
- 1/2 cana sau 1/3 cana ulei de cocos topit
- 1 lingura miere (sau sirop de artar)

* Despre beneficiile cacaoai crude si a uleiului de cocos gasiti aici

INSTRUCTIUNI:

De obicei uleiul de cocos este solid. Astfel e necesara gatirea pentru cateva secunde pana cand se topeste.
Apoi adauga toate ingredientele intr-un bol si amesteca usor pana sunt bine combinate.
Se toarna compozitia rezultata (ciocolata lichida) in formele dorite. Eu am folosit cupe de briosa din carton (prima data) *
Aseaza cupele de ciocolata pe o farfurie si pune-le in frigider pentru o ora.

* A doua oara am folosit forme de ciocolata micute si dragute :)




Coconut Snowballs. "Bulgari de zapada" din cocos


So this is my very first post since 2015. And I had to start it in my own particular way: sunday morning, taking pictures, writing in bed - that's the stuff :) Moreover, get to make nourishing desserts and share with you guys, it's what makes me happy. I hope you enjoy my Snowballs be alike Raffaello. They come packed with goodies, all nourishing, and they lack of sugar, dairy, artificial flavorings.


On the other hand, are you enthusiastic about the New Year? Are you willing to challenge yourself? Are you willing to let go of the past and make a step outside of your confort zone? Are you grateful for the ups and downs that 2014 give you? I hope you are. Because I know I am. I am grateful for all the experiences I've been thru: disappointments, ups and downs, big changes, big challenges, things I never tried before and never thought I would. I've pushed my limits, I learned a lot of things and I grow. Thank you, 2014!
As for 2015? Like I said in previous post, let's make healthy choices, day by day, rather than resolutions. Let's be better TODAY.

And let's celebrate this new start with this delicios "Snowballs" :)


Serves: 10 balls
Prep time: 2-5 mins

INGREDIENTS:

- 6 TBSP coconut flour
- 4 TBSP melted coconut oil
- 1.5 TBSP honey
- 50 grams coconut cream bio (by Rapunzel)
- 2 TBSP chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix gently until well combined.
Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for 10 minutes or until it firms up.
Shape small balls and roll them in coconut flour (or coconut flakes).
Place the "snowballs" on a plate and lay them in the fridge until they firm up.

* The coconut cream is served at room temperature or a little bit warmed up

Acesta, deci, este primul meu articol din 2015. Si a trebuit sa-l incep in felul meu propriu: duminica dimineata, fotografiere, scris in pat - ce lucruri :)  Mai mult decat atat, sa reusesc sa realizez deserturi sanatoase si sa le impartasesc cu voi, e ceea ce ma face fericita. Sper sa va placa "Bulgari de zapada"; sunt similari lui Raffaello :) Ei vin la pachet cu bunatati, toate hranitoare, si duc lipsa de zahar, lactate, arome artificiale.

Pe de alta parte, esti entuziasmat de Noul An? Esti dispus sa te supui provocarilor? Esti dispus sa renunti la trecut si sa faci un pas inafara zonei tale de confort? Esti recunoscator pentru suisurile si coborasurile pe care 2014 ti le-a oferit? Sper ca esti. Pentru ca stiu ca eu sunt. Sunt recunoscatoare pentru toate experientele prin care am trecut: dezamagiri, suisuri si coborasuri, mari schimbari, mari provocari, lucruri care nu le-am incercat niciodata inainte si care nu as fi crezut ca le voi incerca vreodata. Mi-am impins limitele. Am invatat o multime de lucruri si am crescut. Multumesc, 2014!
Cat despre 2015? Precum am spus in articolul anterior, haideti sa facem alegeri sanatoase, zi de zi, mai degraba decat rezolutii. Hai sa fim mai buni ASTAZI.

Si hai sa serbam acest moment, acest nou inceput cu deliciosii "Bulgari de zapada" :)

- 6 linguri faina de cocos
- 4 linguri ulei de cocos topit
- 1.5 lingura miere
- 50 grame crema de cocos bio (firma Rapunzel)
- 2 linguri seminte de chia

INSTRUCTIUNI:

Adaugati toate ingredientele intr-un bol si amestecati usor pana sunt bine combinate.
Acoperiti bolul si puneti-l in frigider pentru 10 min sau pana cand se intareste compozitia.
Formati bile mici si rulati-le prin faina de cocos (sau prin fulgi de cocos)
Asezati "Bulgari de zapada" pe o farfurie si puneti-i la frigider pana cand se intaresc.

* Crema de nuca de cocos este servita la temperatura camerei sau un pic incalzita

Delish sunrise smoothie. Un smoothie delicios ca un rasarit de soare

Ei bine, dupa cum stiti, duminica este ziua mea preferata, pentru linistea si pacea datatoare, dar mai ales, pentru deliciul pe care il pot degusta in pat - micul dejun - masa mea preferata si inca, cea mai importanta masa a zilei. De ce? Pentru ca astfel ii oferi corpului tau sursa corecta de energie, prin alimente nutritive; ele vor stimula si accelera metabolismul si, prin urmare, incurajeaza arderea caloriilor, mai degraba decat depozitarea lor.

Deci, micul tau dejun sau masa fericita, cum imi place mie sa-i spun, ar trebui sa contina:

* O sursa de proteina usor digerabila (pudra proteica de cânepă, pudra de spirulina, pudra proteica din orez brun... );


* Una sau doua portii de fructe (banane, fructe de padure, prune, struguri... );

* Verdeturi (spanac, kale, broccoli... );

* Nuci si seminte (seminte de in / chia / cânepă / dovleac / susan si nuci - sunt mari surse de stimulare a starii de spirit + omega 3; caju-ul dovedit a oferi efecte echivalente ca o doza terapeutica de Prozac si, desigur, regele nucilor - migdalele);

* Carbohidratii complecsi (ovăz, hrișcă, cereale integrale, germeni de grâu... );

* Alte superalimente (polen de albine, cacao cruda, aloe vera, goji... ). Mai multe afli aici.

Asadar, in cazul in care micul tau dejun arata in acest fel, atunci, vei obtine o multime de energie si, de-a lungul zilei, vei consuma mai putine calorii si alimente nesanatoase, pe cuvant :)


Si cum te poti bucura de toate aceste alimente nutritive?
Daca nu printr-un smoothie uimitor?

 

 Iata smoothie-ul meu delicios ca un rasarit de soare :)

INGREDIENTE:

- 1 banana
- 1 masura de pudra de proteina de soia
- 1 mana de spanac
- 1 lingurita pudra de aloe vera
- 1 lingurita de cacao cruda (sau carob/pudra de roscove)
- 2 nuci
- 1 lingura seminte chia
- 1 lingurita seminte de in
- 4 linguri de ovăz
- 1/2 - 1 cana de apa (in functie de consistenta dorita)

- 1 pumn (mic) de struguri
- 1 lingura de polen

INSTRUCTIUNI:
Puneti toate ingredientele in blender si mixati pana devine o crema pufoasa.
Turnati intr-un castron, adaugati strugurii si polenul de albine.

Well, as you know, sunday is my preferred day, because of the silence and the giving peace, but most of all, because of the delight I can taste in bed - breakfast - my favorite meal and yet, the most important meal of the day. Why is that? Because if you give to your body the right kind of energy, from nutritional foods; they will stimulate and accelerate metabolism and therefore encourages calorie burning rather than storing them.

So your breakfast or your happy meal, as I like to call it, should contain:
* an easily digestible protein (hemp protein powder, spirulina powder, brown rice protein powder... );

* one or two servings of fruits (banana, berries, plums, grapes... );

* greens (spinach, kale, broccoli... );

* nuts and seeds (flax/chia/hemp/pumpkin seeds and walnuts are great sources of mood-boosting omega-3s, cashews have been shown to provide the equivalent effects as a therapeutic dose of Prozac and, of course, the king of nuts - almonds);

* complex carbs (oats, buckwheat, wholegrain cereals, wheat germ... );

* other superfoods (bee polen, raw cacao, aloe vera, goji berries... ). For more info click here.

Therefore, if your breakfast looks like this, you'll gain a lot of energy and you will consume fewer calories and unhealthy foods throughout the day. Trust me!


And how you can enjoy all this nutritious foods?

Here it goes my delish sunrise smoothie :)

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of soy protein powder
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 tsp aloe vera powder
- 1 tsp raw cacao
- 2 walnuts
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 4 TBSP oats
- 1/2 - 1 cup of water (depending of desired consistency)

- 1 handful (small) of grapes
- 1 TBSP bee polen

INSTRUCTIONS:
Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until it becomes a smooth cream.
Pour into a bowl, add the grapes and on top add the bee polen.

Luni, in data de 3 noiembrie, tinutul wellness by sam a implinit doi ani. Doi ani frumosi... doi ani de evolutie si crestere. Ani datatori de informatie si de savoare. Intr-adevar cea din urma s-a cam sitit, insa, a facut-o cu un scop nobil - a lasat loc informatiei. Orisicum cele doua vor dansa intotdeauna impreuna, indiferent de ritmul gasit in cale.

Si, da, timpul uneori nu este cel mai bun companion in acest sens (vezi absenta mea). Dar si aceasta are o menire, iar in viitorul apropiat promit ca o vei cunoaste. Atunci, sunt convinsa ca micile lacune imi vor fi absolvite :)

Pana atunci, tot in incercarea de-a fi gratiata :) si, desigur, de a-mi reaminti placerea de a realiza un desert sanatos, te invit sa incerci si sa degusti reteta urmatoare. Te anunt ca e putin diferita de cele cu care te-am obisnuit pana acum. Adica, e semi-cruda. 


 INGREDIENTE:
- 2 cani nuci
- 3 cartofi dulci de marime medie
- 1 lingurita ulei de cocos

INSTRUCTIUNI:
1. Puneti cele doua cani de nuci la macinat. Turnati nucile macinate intr-un bol. Adaugati lingurita de ulei de cocos si amestecati. Compozitia rezultata o asezati, prin presare cu degetele, pe fundul unui inel de tort (sau in forma dorita).

2. Curatati cartofii de coaja si puneti-i la fiert pentru 10-20 de minute. Ii taiati bucatele si ii adaugati in robotul de bucatarie. Mixati pana devine un piure cremos. Lasati putin sa se raceasca si turnati crema deasupra bazei de nuci. 

* Optional puteti adauga 1 lingurita de miere in compozitia nucilor macinate.

* Toata lumea stie cat sunt de sanatoase nucile, insa, despre gingasii cartofi portocalii, cred ca prea putine persoane vorbesc sau se incumeta sa-i incerce.

Beneficii cartofi dulci:

- Indicele glicemic (IG) este cu mult inferior cartofilor albi. Cartofii dulci au IG 54 (scazut). In schimb, cartofii albi prajiti sau gatiti la cuptor au IG intre 75-85.

"Indicele glicemic (IG) este un sistem de masurare al carbohidratilor, pe o scara de la 0 la 100, in functie de efectul alimentului ingerat asupra nivelului de zahar din sange. Este un indicator care masoara viteza cu care un anumit tip de carbohidrat ajunge in sange si influenteaza nivelul de zahar.

Adoptarea unui regim alimentar bazat pe consumul alimentelor cu IG scazut este secretul mentinerii sanatatii organismului, deoarece reduce riscul de aparitie al bolilor cardiovasculare si cresterea in greutate." (Sursa)

- Sunt bogati in vitamina B6 >> sanatosi pentru inima.
- Sunt plini de betacaroteni >> vitamina A, un important antioxidant.
- Sunt bogati in vitaminele C si E >> vitamine puternic antioxidante.
- Sunt aromati (au gust dulce), deci, nu mai au nevoie de condimente.

 Va multumesc pentru ca mi-ati fost alaturi.
Daca am reusit sa deschid o mica poarta spre sanatate si energie in viata voastra
atunci bucuria mea e uriasa.

Monday, on November 3, the land called wellness by sam turned two years. Beautiful two years... two years of development and growth. Giver years of information and flavor. Indeed the last one was a little sparse, but with a noble purpose - she left room to information. However the two will always dance together, regardless of the pace found their way.

And yes, time sometimes is not the best companion in this regard (see my absence). But it has a purpose, and in the near future I promise you will know about it. Then, I am convinced that my small gaps will be excused :)

Until then, all in an attempt to be pardoned :) and of course to remind me the pleasure to make something sweet and healthy, I invite you to try the following recipe. You should know that it's a little different from what I've used so far. I mean, it's a semi-raw dessert.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups walnuts
- 3 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tsp coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Put the two cups of nuts to ground. Pour in a bowl. Add a teaspoon of coconut oil and mix. Place the resulting composition, by pressing your fingers, on the bottom of a cake ring (or desired shape).

2. Peel the potatoes and put them to boil for 10-20 minutes. Cut into pieces and add them in your food processor. Mix until it becomes a creamy puree. Allow to cool
slightly and pour the cream over the base (ground nuts).

* Optionally, you can add 1 teaspoon of honey in the composition of ground nuts.

* Everybody knows how healthy nuts are, however, about the tenderness of orange potatoes, I think very few people speak or dare to try them.

Benefits sweet potatoes:

- The glycemic index (GI) is lower than white potatoes. Sweet potatoes have IG 54 (low). In contrast, white potatoes, fried or cooked in the oven, have IG between 75-85.

"The glycemic index (GI) is a measurement of carbohydrates on a scale from 0-100, depending on the effect of ingested food on blood sugar levels. It is an indicator that measures the rate at which a particular type of carbohydrate reach blood sugar levels and influences.

Adopting a diet based on eating low GI foods is the secret to maintaining body health because it reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and weight gain. "(Source)

- They are rich in vitamin B6 >> healthy for the heart.

- They are full of beta-carotene >> vitamin A, an important antioxidant.

- They are rich in vitamins C and E >> powerful antioxidant vitamins.

- Are flavored naturally (sweet taste), so they do not need spices.
